Why can't I buy this online?
There are a number of reason why we may need you to order over the phone.
Some new products are only available to pre-order off-line. This may be because the manufacturer has not yet confirmed the final pricing, or may not have provided an availability date. You can still place a deposit to pre-order the item over the phone, and our sales team will keep you informed about pricing and availability once it is confirmed.
Price variations due to exchange rates
Some of our product pricing is subject to exchange rate fluctuations, and for high-value products this can mean that the represented price is not as accurate as it should be. To give you the best price possible, we ask that you order over the telephone so that a final accurate price can be confirmed for these items.
Technical guidance required
Some of our products are highly complex. It is our aim to ensure that you are able to order the right product first time. By speaking to one of our product specialists we can guide you through the process and ensure that you order and receive the item that precisely matches your specific requirements.
Some products are manufactured to order which increases lead-time for delivery. Because lead-time can vary on these specialist items, one of our account managers will stay in touch with you to ensure you are aware of timing and any delays in manufacturing.

Some of the manufacturers we represent operate an authorised reseller network. To ensure that their products are sold in a consistent and supported way, manufacturers sometimes stipulate that their products are not available to purchase online.
