Is it safe to buy over the Internet?
Your payment is protected with SSL, a tried and tested secure ordering system for credit card transactions. Using SSL your credit card details are translated into encrypted information so that only the intended recipient can decode it. If the information is intercepted by a malicious third party, they will be unable to read it. In fact it is generally agreed that online Secure Credit Card purchases on the internet with a trusted provider such as Sage Pay is safer than handing over your cards in places such as restaurants, service stations etc. Never let your credit card out of your sight at any time - they can be swiped and the card details collected within a matter of seconds !
Why do I need to enter my Card Details every time I order?
To further ensure absolute security, we do not store your credit card information. If you choose to register and create an online account, then we will store your order history, Billing and Shipping/Delivery address' for your convenience and a faster shopping experience, but will never store your sensitive card information anywhere on our site or database.
I have a discount voucher where do I enter my code?
Add the code form your voucher into the checkout form, just below your name. Your discount will be calculated and subtracted automatically from the total of your order.
Do I need any specific browser settings?

Your details are not passed on to any third party, apart from the relevant details such as delivery address needed for delivery of your items.
What happens if I need to shut the browser before I have finished ordering?
Your order will not be taken unless you complete and submit the checkout process and get confirmation shown on our Payment Gateway's final payment page (it may however have been logged in our system so try calling us to make payment) - try returning to our web site to see if your shopping cart still retains the items you placed in it. You can then proceed to checkout to complete. Alternatively, give us a call and we will try to resolve any problems you might be experiencing.
